freddy and krasnaya review

K: So, Freddy, how are you feeling after watching this movie? Do you now feel yourself more like a real man? 😜

F: Well, not really... how can I? The main character is interpreted by the godfather of hipsterdom; everybody knows hipsters aren't real men, right?

K: I got shocked a few minutes after hitting play, but I didn’t press stop. Actually, I think girls will watch this movie just to know more about what men are talking about when they are alone. I bet you’ll find in this trashy comedy some wise points, like I did!

F: Wise points? Do you mean the part about Cunnilingus? Or maybe the part about flatulence? I think that Gavin McInnes really stands out in that Cunnilingus tutorial, really great physical humor there.

"It's OK Crazy Horse, stay calm."
"It's OK Crazy Horse, stay calm."
K: The action takes you to the life of Mark (Gavin McInnes) and ex-stand-up comedian, middle-aged hipster who’s about to die and, because of that, he starts recording video messages for his future unborn son about how to become a real man. Brian (Liam Aiken) a 22-year-old hapless boy, is filming Mark’s speeches, and serving as an example to Mark's teachings. It eventually turns out to be just one more banal story about a "teacher" and his "student".

F: Yeah, simple and stupid plot, with a lame overdone wardrobe scene in the mix (why do that?). The acting is not that great. I don't like Liam Aiken that much, and I guess Gavin Mclnness is just being himself. Nevertheless, I was in a good mood and this movie made me laugh out loud some times. If you want to have a taste of Gavin McInnes humor and hear his opinions on stuff, check out the video down below.

K: While Mark is teaching his future son how to be a man, he completely screws up his own life... how? You’ll see, I don’t want to be a spoiler. In the end, the main characters end up teaching each other something. I then chose the one who was more of a man to me. You can do it also.

I really enjoyed the monologue about women, because I can find myself in some of those words. For example, in the phrase “Women are like a fountain of emotions from which you (men) need to escape at the right moment” – just brilliant.

Some scenes make you feel sick because of how disgusting they are… but it's how life can be sometimes.

F: I want to be a spoiler; Mark snorts Heroin and puts the 22-year-old kid Brian, doing it with him. Ah! I don't care if I spoil the fun for someone reading my blog. Be a man and stop wasting time reading movie "reviews"!

Krasnaya, who's more of a man to me?? That's so gay.

The monologue you mention is pure wisdom, just like his whole speech on fart jokes.

nice pierced titties
You know it's not Freddy's blog if it doesn't have some titties!
K: My feedback is... here's a simple plot. Here’s vulgarity. Here’s stupidity. Worth seeing it once!

F: It was fun; saw it yesterday and can't remember shit about it, except for some saggy-star-wars-monsters-bar-veiny-hairy-tits...

Krasnaya score: 60/100
Freddy's score: 69/100
