F: For my last movie of the week dedicated to AI, I had the misfortune of watching "Moonfall", a science fiction film that promised an exciting storyline about advanced technology and artificial intelligence, but unfortunately, the film ended up being just another poorly executed disaster movie. From the very beginning, it was clear that "Moonfall" had major issues with dialogue, pacing, and acting. The story seemed to jump from one plot point to another without any real sense of coherence or consistency. The lack of emotional depth and engagement made it difficult to connect with the characters, and the special effects, while impressive, could not make up for the weak storytelling.

F: Furthermore, the film made a number of questionable choices that only added to its shortcomings. The inclusion of a buddy comedy dynamic felt out of place and forced, and the lack of representation of other spacefaring nations felt like a missed opportunity. Where was the Chinese or Russian spaceforce? This just makes Americans look like arrogant pricks. This is a movie riddled with bad decisions and lazily executed concepts. The timeline of the movie was preposterous, with everything happening way too fast for two weeks. Additionally, the movie relied heavily on clichéd storytelling and cheap thrills, which only served to make the plot feel more unrealistic and idiotic.

F: Overall, I found "Moonfall" to be a major disappointment and I don't recommend it to anyone. The film's numerous shortcomings, including bad dialogues, lack of emotion, bad acting, bad pacing, and poor storytelling, made it hard to stay engaged and I eventually fell asleep during the movie. It was right after the big unsurprising and ridiculous reveal. My advice would be to stay away from this movie like it was the plague.
