Hello dear visitors!
This is the wrap-up of our Old Vampire movies week.
From the five movies we watched, I only recommend these two: Near Dark (Yes!) and The Hunger.
Near Dark is a super original vampire flick that mixes "cowboys" with vampires, and I love it so much that I'm gonna have a t-shirt made with my own original design.
The Hunger is a more sophisticated movie in comparison to Near Dark. If you like vampires and want to keep it classy, this is the one to go.
Ganja & Hess has a lot to say about afro-American culture in the 70's through metaphor, but it's just a too damn boring experience for me to be interested in what it has to say.
Martin is good, mandatory for all George A. Romero fans. Not a movie for everyone.
The Fearless Vampire Killers has a nice Transylvanian look, but it's ultimately a boring experience that runs for too long. (1h48m)
Below you can find the movies ordered from best to worst according to my and Krasnaya's ratings.
Tomorrow we will let you know what our theme for next week will be.
Have a great week!
Our blog is update everyday at 21:00 (WEST)
PS: Thank you Krasnaya for degrading Near Dark with your rating.
Here's my favorite scene from the week 👅 (She hates it)
