American Courtesans is a feature documentary that takes you into the lives of American Sex Workers. These women discuss with you candidly what brought them to the doors of the Sex trade, what they found when they got there, and why they stayed. Follow eleven Sex Workers through the streets, massage parlors, Brothels, and strip clubs to the high rises in New York and the Bell Captains in Vegas. This is a story, a different kind of American Story that will leave you speechless. Four children, three husbands, one parent, and one sibling, came forward to shed light on what it was like to have a Sex worker as a relative in the film American Courtesans. Four of the eleven Courtesans interviewed in American Courtesans, started working in the Sex trade while still underage. One as young as thirteen years old.

CRAZY F**KED UP stories. I respect the life choices of these prostitutes, courtesans, escorts—whatever you call them. Someone has to do it, and there are people out there in serious need of their services.
I'm kind of a libertarian so I think prostitution should always be legal. If they're not hurting others, let them do what they want. Don't push your moral and religious beliefs on others please.
As a lover of women (and hater of men in general), I believe legalization is the only way forward. That way, these women can work in much safer environments.
